What happens to your CV
When you apply to us you hand over personal data — often more than we ask for. This notice sets out what we do with it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask of us at any time.

01 · What we process
Whatever you provide in your application: name, contact details, qualifications, professional experience, the position applied for, and the content of your CV and covering letter. Where a role legally requires a certificate (a plant operator licence or medical fitness, for example), we process that too — but only after an offer is made.
What we do not ask for: copies of identity documents, social security or tax numbers, marital status, or data on health, religion, ethnic origin or trade-union membership. If you volunteer such data in your CV, it plays no part in our decision.

If you do not consent to your CV being kept, we delete your application once the selection closes. Refusing consent has no bearing whatsoever on your application.
03 · Who sees it
Your application is seen by the manager running the selection, by company management, and by the professional lead of the team the role belongs to. Beyond them, our hosting and email provider has technical access as a processor. We do not pass applications to third parties, do not sell them, and do not transfer them outside the European Economic Area.
04 · No automated decisions
Applications are read by people. We use no automated screening or profiling that would decide on your application without human involvement.
05 · Your rights
At any time you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it or restrict its processing, and withdraw the consent you gave for retention. Deletion requests are carried out without delay, and within one month at the latest.
Write to info@profixepszer.hu. No reasons and no forms are required.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or bring proceedings before the competent court.
