How we handle personal data
This notice describes what personal data we process about our clients, partners, subcontractors' staff and website visitors, for what purpose and for how long. A separate notice applies to job applicants.

02 · Cookies
Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work are used without consent. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only if you consented in the cookie banner. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time by reopening the cookie settings, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
03 · Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data and do not use it beyond the purposes above. The following may access it as processors or recipients:
- our hosting and email provider, and our IT support;
- our accountant, auditor and legal counsel;
- the client and the site operator, where access control or record-keeping requires it;
- authorities, where the law obliges us to disclose.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Should that become necessary, we will inform you in advance and apply the safeguards required by the GDPR.
04 · Security
Access rights are personal and granted only where the work requires them. Paper records are kept in locked storage, electronic data in password-protected, regularly backed-up systems. In the event of a personal data breach we act as the law requires, notifying the supervisory authority within 72 hours where applicable.
05 · Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing; you may request data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time.
Send your request to info@profixepszer.hu or by post to our registered seat. We respond within one month at the latest, and give reasons where we cannot comply.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or bring proceedings before the competent court.
06 · Changes
We update this notice when the purpose, scope or legal basis of processing changes, or when the law changes. The current version is published on our website with its effective date. The Hungarian version governs; this English edition is provided for information.
